at the end i got why i crashed.
My PC clock was "too fast" minute took 45s of real life.
Game just ran in higher speed i got "lower" cooldowns only client side as server had it proper way and at the end there were desync between me and server so server decided to terminate connection.

Nothing to worry about unless you can't start the game anymore. Most probably the client just crashed while you were afk and this message appeared to sort of explain what happened. It's safe to just ignore it. You can sometimes see it if you forcefully close the game client with the 'X' button while in windowed mode. It's only a problem when someone keeps getting this message and can't launch the game client at all.
