Do the Underworld Devils spawn in the safe zone (inside the city) of the mentioned maps or anywhere in that general area?
Been looking since yesterday for one with no luck.

This is the most detailed thread I have seen in these forums.
However, most of newcomers in TERA have no idea forums even exist.
Cause if you leave it to players, they will most likely not reply seriously and just troll whoever new is asking for information.If anything they should promote the use of forums in the game,but in the ~2 years I've been here never not once has that happened.
Since you got a moderator to help you,perhaps you can pitch in making forums more active, and not just for those that among other topics appreciate the occasional server&player bashing?

Your post is rather long, when it comes to people like that(or you,since you classify yourself as one) there is only one thing you can do : ignore, I don't waste my 'breathe' or time typing to people that are too arrogant to take someone else's words into account.
The real word is full of them, no need to waste effort in the ones I find in game.
Or when it comes to battlegrounds, you purposefully reply in proper ways to make them see you don't give a flying fart in space what they think, after that, you just requeue o/ *.*

You forgot the old occulus from balders temple (icon looked different but it looked the same as those you mentioned) as well as crafted Bloodhoned gear..
Also some lower level gear (quest gear/+drops) lvl 30-40 or above not sure, surprised no one noticed.BHS has gotten incredibly lazy..

i miss only the last puzzling monument ...i ve already complete the tourist trap
but is so hard pass the bridge with laser maybe i must to wait lvl 60

I'm a bit confused myself.......
I did the monuments and went to all cities soooo I got the Green raptor which didn't have any "lasts for ## days" so I am assuming it's a permanent one.
Earlier this evening I completed 3/3 achievements that gave me the 21 day raptor.
So my question is.. if I use the 21 day raptor as well will I lose the permanent one? Meaning my raptor will expire in 21 days?
Should I just discard the 21day one(and not learn it) since I have the permanent one?
