this is actually working... just save the s1 files if you dont trust me. ragearcher and souri just signed up to confirm that this fix is working. yep looks strage .. i admit xD

1. Download msi afterburner, go to settings and check "force constant voltage", apply.
2. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TERA\Client\S1Game\Config and delete all files with "S1" in it so tera can write them new.
3. start TERA and leave it on FULLSCREEN settings,check "auto adjust effect level while in party" lurid display 0 , shadow 0, pc view distance 3, pc limit 20, lightning enrichment 1, real time optimization 3.this fix completely removed the micro stuttering and terrible frame drops for me. i hope this will help.
