This gives a huge boost especially to Nvidia users as I am one. I would suggest not to touch this option and leave it at "auto" if you're facing mouse or keyboard lag issues.
Maximum pre-rendered frames > 3 (Leave it at auto if you get mouse lag)

well do you even read? for the -Target-command to work properly, you need to unluck all the cores, hence why he mentions it.
Yes i know that. What i meant was, that command has been mentioned in the previous threads as well where you add the command in the ini file so it's pretty much the same thing.

It does, commands will effect all the application or service that open by the inserted one.
Well i gotta do some testing then. But the parking one has been mentioned in multiple threads really.

Actually the line to add in shortcut has no effect on the game whatsoever as you're adding that line to the launcher and not the exe of the game.
