This gives a huge boost especially to Nvidia users as I am one. I would suggest not to touch this option and leave it at "auto" if you're facing mouse or keyboard lag issues.
Maximum pre-rendered frames > 3 (Leave it at auto if you get mouse lag)

well do you even read? for the -Target-command to work properly, you need to unluck all the cores, hence why he mentions it.
Yes i know that. What i meant was, that command has been mentioned in the previous threads as well where you add the command in the ini file so it's pretty much the same thing.
Read the quote below from this thread.
Quote from dremorzOnce you have done the above go back to your S1Engine.ini file and search for the line “CompatLevelGPU”, once you have found this add the following line directly below “CPUNumLogicalProcessors=X” (Where “X” is the number of logical processors windows detects for your CPU, the amount of logical processors can be checked in the performance tab in your task manager where you will see the amount of processors windows detects there)
It does, commands will effect all the application or service that open by the inserted one.
Well i gotta do some testing then. But the parking one has been mentioned in multiple threads really.
Actually the line to add in shortcut has no effect on the game whatsoever as you're adding that line to the launcher and not the exe of the game.
