    Vous trouverez ces caïmans voleurs d’œufs sur l’ensemble des zones de TERA jusqu’à dimanche !


    Nous avons appris que le nombre de caïmans pernicieux voleurs d'œufs a fortement augmenté cette dernière semaine. Comme si cela n’était pas déjà assez, ils se sont mis à voler de nombreux objets de valeur inclus dans différents œufs colorés.


    Il faudrait sérieusement penser à arrêter de mettre des objets de valeur dans ces œufs... Votre mission consiste à traquer le plus de caïmans voleurs d'œufs possible afin de garantir la sécurité de ces objets, pour vous-même mais aussi pour la Fédération Valkyon.




    Vous trouverez ces caïmans voleurs d’œufs sur l’ensemble des zones de TERA du mardi 1 octobre 2013 à 16h00* (heure de Paris) au lundi 7 octobre 2013 à environ 10h00.
    Traquez des caïmans voleurs d’œufs et vous obtiendrez des récompenses extraordinaires. Les voleurs d’œufs détiennent différents œufs : or, argent et bronze. Ces œufs contiennent de nombreux objets de grande valeur :

    • Compétence d'équitation : Ailes Griffes de Feu (30 jours)
    • Liens de cristal
    • Parchemin semi-énigmatique
    • Bonbon Géant/Petit corps/Bonbon grosse tête
    • Masques en papier
    • Parchemin d’invocation de PNJ
    • Pétards, pétards « Bonne humeur »
    • Et bien plus encore !

    Es ist uns zu Ohren gekommen, dass die Population der fiesen Kaimaneierdiebe in der vergangenen Woche stark angestiegen ist. Und als wäre dieser Bevölkerungsanstieg nicht schon schlimm genug, wurden sie nun dabei beobachtet, wie sie auch allerhand wertvolle Gegenstände, die in verschieden farbigen Eiern versteckt waren, stehlen.


    Also mal ernsthaft, langsam sollte mal Schluss damit sein wertvolle Dinge in Eiern zu verstecken… Nichtsdestotrotz sollte jemand den Kaimaneierdieben das Handwerk legen und die Gegenstände sichern – für sich selbst und die Valkyon Föderation.,



    Ihr werdet die Kaimaneierdiebe überall in der Welt von TERA entdecken können. Die Jagd startet am Dienstag, den 01. Oktober 2013 um 16:00 Uhr* und dauert bis Montag, den 07. Oktober bis 10:00 Uhr an.
    Ihr werdet einige tolle Belohnungen erhalten können, wenn ihr die Eierdiebe zur Strecke bringt. Die Kaimaneierdiebe lassen verschiedene Eier fallen – goldene, silberne und bronzefarbene. Diese Eier können dann folgende Gegenstände enthalten:

    • Reitfertigkeit: Feuerkralle (30 Tage)
    • Kristallbindungen
    • Schriftrolle der halben Verwandlung
    • Riesenbonbon/Zwergenbonbon/Großkopfbonbon
    • Papiermaske mit Smileys
    • NPC-Beschwörungsschriftrollen
    • Grinseknaller, Feuerwerkskörper
    • Und vieles mehr.

    Hunt down the vicious egg thieves and grab your rewards until Sunday!


    It has come to our attention that the population of the vicious caiman egg thieves has heavily increased throughout the last week. As this would not have been enough already, they started to steal a great amount of worthy items included in different colored eggs.


    Seriously, someone should stop putting valuable items into eggs…Nevertheless your job will now be to hunt down as many caiman egg thieves as possible and secure the items for yourself and the Valkyon Federation.



    You’ll be able to spot the caiman egg thieves all over the world of TERA in the timeframe from Tuesday, 1st of October 2013 at 16:00 CEST* until Monday, 7th of October 2013 at 10:00 CEST.
    You’ll be able to receive some great rewards, if you help to hunt down the caiman egg thieves. The egg thieves drop different eggs: Golden, Silver and Bronze. Those eggs contain a lot of valuable item, such as:

    • Riding Skill: Blaze (30 days)
    • Crystalbinds
    • Semi-Enigmatic Scrolls
    • Tall Body/Small Body/Big Head
    • NPC summon scrolls
    • Emoticon Paper Masks
    • Smilecrackers, Firecrackers
    • And a lot more!

    Prepare for the hunt this weekend!
    *The end time will depend on the end date of our scheduled maintenance on Tuesday.

    The following system has already been activated with this maintenance!


    For each T14-weapon you have on your character, you'll get a certain number of Sharan Enchantment Advancers. The number depends on the enchantment level of the T14-Weapons.


    The same will apply for your armour.


    New Enchantment Acceleration System


    With this update, a lot of new equipment sets have been introduced which are better than the existing ones before this patch. We felt the need to include a new system to the game which makes it more convenient to players to start upgrading these weapons. As such, two new items have been created, the “Sharan Enchantment Advancer” and the “Arunic Enchantment Advancer”, which you will get by mail at a later point in time, so watch out for our official news on our website!
    Using the Enchantment advancers (one for armors, one for weapons), players can remove the enchantment from a T14 item and give an increased enchantment correction to the new item, as shown in this example:

    On the left the currently enchanted item, on the right the item which will get the enchantment correction.

    The “transfer” window, which you can open up when visiting the legendary blacksmith Muhrak in Habere.
    12 Sharan Enchantment Advancers will be needed to transfer a +12 enchantment.

    The initial item has lost its +12 enchantment, the new item now has a +4% enchantment correction to it until +12.
    If this process is used on a +9 item, it will get an enchantment correction up to +9 on the new weapon, up to +10 if a +10 weapon has been sacrificed, and so on.[/b]

    Die neuen Dungeons, "Der Wunderholm", "Kezzels Rachen", "Die zerschlagene Flotte" und "Die Kanäle" stellen ohne jeden Zweifel das Highlight des Patches dar. Mit Patch 22.04.00 wird es viele Änderungen am Spiel geben, daher solltet ihr euch in jedem Fall den Guide zu den Dungeons genauer ansehen!


    Zeitgleich mit diesen Dungeons werden auch die Sommerfestivals beginnen. Wir haben eine kurze Übersicht für euch hier vorbereitet!

    The highlight of Patch 22.04.00 is without any doubt the 4 new Dungeons: The Wonderholme, Kezzel’s Gorge, The Shattered Fleet and Channelworks. But starting with this update there will also be three brand new Festivals for you to enjoy for the upcoming weeks!

    Today we'd like to inform you about our upcoming TERA stream, this Friday, 30th of August 2013 between 18:00 and 20:00 CEST (5pm and 7pm UK time).


    Four new dungeons will be introduced to TERA in the second half of September, from a new 3-player dungeon up to a 10-player raid dungeon! This will be the very first time these dungeons are shown in Europe, and we hope you'll enjoy this preview.



    With our team of five players, we're going to enter the five player dungeon, and play through it until the end, giving you tips on how to slay your way through it!


    Once the last boss slain, we'll have a quick go through the other three dungeons, and give you a glimpse of the different bosses and environments.


    Please be aware that this stream will take place on our internal test servers, and that this is a very early version of this new content. There may still be some missing text passages and missing content (such as items), which will only be included in future builds.

    Should you have questions about the dungeons, the stream, the game or any other topic, you're of course free to ask us directly in the chat during the stream.     Last time we also gave away some codes in order to get temporary pets, this time around, we're going to give away the newly released mount (Squawk), as well as unreleased back-slot items, so stay tuned!

    What are the responsibilities and requirements for Moderators?


    • Be at least 16 years of age with a valid legal picture ID (not school ID) (Do not attach your ID to your application! If you are accepted we will ask for it later.)
    • Have a lot of time to devote to the position, including the IRC channel (At least a couple of hours a day)
    • Wide knowledge of the game storyline and game specific terms or shorthand, and a good understanding of other activities
    • Be helpful, respectful and reasonable - the most important job of a Mod is to help the players!
    • Be able to work as a team and receive constructive criticism if necessary
    • Speaking English



    What useful information should I include in my application?


    • Why do you think you would make a good Moderator
    • How you can fulfill your duty in responsibilities and requirements
    • Your TERA experience here in Europe or in other communities
    • Do you have any previous experience as a Moderator
    • If you have ever been banned in game or forums, what the reason was, or any experiences with Support
    • Anything you find relevant in your real life that could apply to the position






    Applications should be about 300 words. Applications that are too short will be rejected. Your ID is not needed now, but it will be required before starting.

    Hello everyone, it's me again!
    I just wanted to show to our new players how to easily send a ticket to our Support System.
    So, in case you know already how to do this just switch to another friend or just stay and admire my poor explanation-skills!


    Step 1:
    Click on the "Support" button underneath the Forum banner:


    Step 2:

    2a. Click there and follow the instructions to create a Support Account - it's easy!
    2b. You already have an account? Just enter your data and press on the "Login" button - even easier!
    2c. Are you as absent minded as I am? Just click there to recover your password - you'll receive an email with all information you need in order to change it.



    Step 3:

    Once you are logged-in just click on the tab Contact Support.


    Step 4:
    Once the tab switches scroll down.


    Step 5:
    A lil bit more...

    There you have it! The "Contact Support" button. Just press it!


    Step 6:
    Choose wisely which service you need. If you choose the wrong one it might take a while till we are able to answer you or we might even ask you to create a new ticket to the right service.

    Do you have a problem with the Game? Choose "Game".
    Do you have a problem with your Forum account or in the Forum in general? Choose Forum!
    Did you buy Tera Thalers but didn't receive them yet? Is your Club not activated? Was there a problem with your payment? Choose Billing!



    Step 7:
    In the following example you see what you have to do in order to send a Support Ticket for the Game.

    7a-7b-7c: Fill all your ingame account information.
    7d: Pick the right topic for your ticket (we have a vast selection for you to choose from)
    7e: Describe your problem and try to give all information that is asked from you in the template (if there is one)


    *If you wish to add a screenshot please make sure you have checked the conditions mentioned underneath the "Browse..." Button. If your screenshot is too big but there is data on it that won't show up properly in a smaller one please just upload it and include the link to it in your description box.


    Press "Submit" and you are done!


    Congratulations! You just created your first ticket!

    Brace yourselves a new "feature" for our Forum is here!


    From now on, the same way you create a ticket for the Game or Payment Support, you can also make one for the Forum.
    If you need anything you can contact us there instead of sending private messages on the forum (which is also impossible in case you are banned).


    Please understand, that it is important to create a ticket so that we see the history of your case (if there is one) but it's also considered much more "official" than just a friendly (or not) forum message.


    In order to make us a ticket there, you can simply press on the "Support" button, on top of the forum (underneath our Tera Banner/Logo, log-in or register if you do not have already an account there if you have previously contacted game support or payment, the same account works for forum too) and just choose Forum/Board instead of Game or Payment. Check picture underneath.



    Please keep in mind that I am all alone there, so it might take a while for me to answer you.

    Since few of you have asked about the event, I find it wise to create a single thread about it in order for you to get more easily updated in case we have any news.
    So far, no decision has been made concerning whether we will bring the Event back online or not and I doubt there will be any decision made before tomorrow since we need to know where the problem was exactly and try to fix it before we re-activate the Event live.
    As soon as there is any information about it, we will let you know.
    Till then... I'll have to ask you to be a bit patient :)
