Since some of you were wondering, the pet-inventory items are also transferred to Killian with you and your pet =)

Ab sofort, Dienstag den 24. November 2015, nach der heutigen Serverwartung sind kostenlose Charaktertransfers von Icaruna nach Killian verfügbar!

Beachtet die folgenden Punkte zum kostenfreien Charaktertransfer:

• Der kostenfreie Charaktertransfer ist nur über die Account-Verwaltung auf unserer Website verfügbar.
• Gilt nur für den Transfer von Icaruna nach Killan.

Das Angebot unterliegt den folgenden Aspekten:

• Für Charaktere ab Stufe 1.
• Es kann eine unbegrenzte Menge an Gold beim Transfer des Charakters übertragen werden.
• Beim Transfer werden nur Gegenstände, die der Charakter in seinem Inventar oder ausgerüstet hat, auf den neuen Server übertragen.
• Gegenstände in der Bank werden beim Transfer nicht übertragen, da diese an das jeweilige Konto gebunden sind.
• Wenn euer Charakter aktuell Mitglied einer Gilde ist, so muss er diese verlassen.
• Auf dem Zielserver muss ein freier Charakterplatz verfügbar sein. Dies müsst ihr besonders dann beachten, wenn ihr ein freier Nutzer oder ein freier Nutzer mit Mitgliedschaft im TERA-Club seid, da euch in diesem Fall nur zwei Charakterplätze pro Server zur Verfügung stehen.
• Kontrolliert unbedingt noch einmal euer Postfach im Spiel und lest alle Nachrichten, bevor ihr den Transfer eures Charakters einleitet.
• Entfernt alle noch ausstehenden Gegenstände aus der Handelsagentur, bevor ihr den Transfer eures Charakters einleitet.
• Eure Wertung in der Schlachtfeldrangliste wird nicht mit auf den neuen Server übertragen.
• Club-Items bzw. die Pakete aus der Gegenstandsausgabe werden nicht mit transferiert.

Bitte beachtet zudem:
Spieler, die keinen Charakter auf Icaruna besitzen, können dort ab sofort keinen Charakter mehr erstellen. Dies gilt nicht für Spieler, die über mindestens einen Charakter auf Icaruna verfügen.

Starting today, Tuesday the 24th of November 2015 and after the maintenance we offer a free character transfer, available from Icaruna to Killian.

Please take note of the following points regarding the free character transfer:

• The free character transfer is only available through the account management system on our website
• Only applies to transfers from Icaruna to Killian

The following restrictions apply:

• Characters must be at least level 1
• An unlimited amount of Gold can be moved with the character
• Only items in the character's inventory or equipped items will be moved to the new server with the character
• Items in the bank will not be transferred, as they are account bound
• If your character is a guild member, you must leave the guild
• You must have a free character slot available on the destination server.
  This is especially important if you are a free user or a free user with TERA Club membership, where only two slots are available on each server
• You should check/read all mail in your in-game mailbox before initiating a transfer
• You should remove all pending items from the trade broker before initiating a transfer
• Your battleground ranking will not be transferred to the new server
• Club items and packages in the item claim menu will not be transferred with your character

Please note:
Players who don't have a character on Icaruna can no longer create one there. This does not apply to players who have one or more characters on Icaruna.

As the changes of the previous season in Crusade Rewards were not announced in time for our players to become aware of them, and as our intention was not in any case to confuse or decrease any distribution of MWA without notifying you first, today our Support department has delivered manually the missing MWA of the top 1 and top 2 winning Guilds to the Guild Leaders of the previous season.

I was asked to let you know that in some cases few Guild Leader have meanwhile been changed, so the missing MWA have been delivered to the new Leaders instead.

Please, all Guild Leaders of the previous season from ranks 1 and 2, make sure you have the right amount of MWA to distribute to your Guilds and if not, please contact directly Support.

Dear players, CashU put a new policy in place which basically addresses the problem that coupons purchased in country A could also be redeemed on an account registered in country B.CashU now allows coupons only to be redeemed in the country where they have been purchased and where the account of the user is registered.

Example: A coupon purchased from Germany can’t be used by a user if his registered profile country is Norway, since Germany is from different region than Norway.
