Stance bug is known for months. Ofc it's not getting fixed because BHS can't be bothered and GF don't care.

As for the Backstab change - it's for all classes with that skill. Now you know how using Cable Step (the hook skill) with reaper feels like if your ping isn't great.

It's been a few months since mystic's Boomerang Pulse got bugged (can't be used when aiming down, so it's useless if you're above your target's level and want to heal/damage them) and GF have done nothing about it because they can't fix it on their own, so they don't care.
Vow of Rebirth - bugged for years (can be dispelled with Plague and Regression) - GF don't give a shit.
Motes going on cd if you dare to move while casting them - not fixed.
Valkyrie stunning knocked down targets - not fixed.
Valkyrie hitting through walls (i.e. without a line of sight) - not fixed.
Reaper's Retribution not working for attacks other classes can avoid with similar skills (for example the wave attack in RK HM at last boss or the rings in LK HM at last boss) - not fixed.
Not to mention the dropout-upon-logging-in bug.
Giving these examples just so you know what to expect - no action from GF. So either write on the Korean forums, or learn to live with these bugs.

Did you expect 'do nothing' to work?

Since no-one is going to help you today, you can send a Support ticket to let them know and possibly fix the issue if it's on their end.
Meanwhile check your connection - see if you've suddenly got blocked ports, as well as your anti-virus software and hosts file.

You can only use Tera Thalers in the shop. Some items are tradeable and can be then resold for gold on the brokerage or via 1-on-1 trading. The character transfer voucher is not even an item. You just get 1 transfer unit added to your account that you can use at account management after buying a voucher. Therefore you cannot buy a transfer voucher for gold directly.

However, you could ask a trusted person to buy one for you. Obviously, this requires giving them your login details. You're not allowed to do that, so Support won't be able to help you if something should happen.

@Okakura I have a guildmate who redownloads the whole game when he gets a bugged character. This seems to work for him. lol You could try that too but first see if a game repair (from the launcher settings, or Steam's file verification if using Steam) will have any effect.

Transferring date and char creation deadline seem to coincide, therefore it won't be possible to create additional characters, so 2 is indeed the limit.

Gotta check how the cd reset chance glyph on slayer's roll works but it's possible the glyph only resets the first roll.

You get 1 free voucher and you can buy 1 extra voucher if you want to transfer a 2nd character. They'll announce it when the transfers have been enabled. It's all in the news about the event server (FAQ section).

These items are character 'bound' because they are basically Tera Shop "purchases", so yeah, you can't withdraw them with other chars, as stupid as that may be. There must have been a warning that this shit (because that's what an unusable item is) would be unclaimable if you opened the box with a male character.

How stupid must they be to not realise that imposing such a restriction would lead to every male character becoming unable to get rid of this shit? I'm not sure what's worse - that they haven't even tested it or that they didn't know it would happen before even launching the event. We've been getting items via Tera Shop code claim and advent calendar for many months and they didn't even know this would happen? Seriously? Whoever came up with the idea to put unclaimable items in there - some GM?
