The Tera Club banner one must use in order to pay for Tera Club with Steam Wallet funds no longer works.

Someone just told me about it and it appears to be bugged for everyone because I can't click on it anymore either. Haven't noticed when the bug first appeared but he noticed it after last Happy Hour which, for some reason, always needlessly replaces the Tera Club banner. He can't now pay for his TC subscription.

That banner on the right which used to open the Steam Overlay where one could pay using Steam Wallet funds no longer seems to be clickable.

Because there's no standards in moderation on this forum - everyone does whatever the hell they want without any consequence, and so called 'rules' are just used as an excuse to justify protecting gold sellers and hackers, banning people who have an opinion, locking active threads for ridiculous reasons, deleting accounts etc.
In fact, someone deleted all other posts from the thread but mine and made it 'awaiting moderator approval'. So much for having a discussion about anything... Appalling! pff

It seems no-one who speaks French is going to reply. Been waiting for 3 hours for anyone to do anything. The FR 'moderator' @Kiritsu will probably always remain with 0 posts, yet they reject people based on number of forum posts.

Instead of posting there, we're now forced to send a support ticket and wait for 2-3 days to regain access to our characters. Cool, innit!?

Apart from writing to Support who will probably reply on Tuesday because of Easter (they don't work over the weekend anyway ), you can, while waiting, use the Repair function of the launcher. A guildie's "method" of dealing with this problem is... re-downloading the game. rip He says it works for him though. Hope it does for you too. It wouldn't work for me because that's 2/3 of my monthly data allowance.

It's a known bug. I mean, known to those who play the game, which excludes 'TERA Team' and Support clerics.

If you're just about to enter a loading screen or die and you open some UI window at that special moment - to me it's mostly happened with the raid ("B" by default) and profile ("P" by default) windows - chances are this last opened window will haunt you... until you relog. Or you can keep pressing (Left) Alt twice after teleporting somewhere to make it disappear. I personally utilise the Alt bashing technique. lmao

Now, if the bug you're describing is different, then I'm yet to experience it.
Oh, forgot to say that the misbehaving window is actually a ghost window - just a skeleton without any information.

So, if it's the same thing, you can just relog. A simple logging off to character selection and back should do the trick. This also solves the 'cancelling battleground matching' bug. Some even practise it for regaining their FPS before a boss fight. rip
To avoid getting it, I'd suggest refraining from opening any UI windows before entering a loading screen.

Damage taken by this AoE is defined by your endurance (defence stat). Unlike the cage AoEs in SC last boss where it's flat 200k damage. So, since Corruption Ring has a glyph which reduces damage taken by the caster by 50% (obviously, the glyph must be enabled), the AoEs in LK last boss can be facetanked with it. I believe any L65 gear will do unless you have no hardy crystals. With sufficient gear, you can facetank the yellow laser AoE too - for example you use TP Jaunt to avoid the small red ring which can 1-shot you (if you're out of combat, you don't have to put Jaunt on cd - you can just outrun the hit) and then she does the laser on you because you happen to be the person furthest away. In any case, make sure your twink is facing the boss in order to make use of the frontal damage reduction chest armour stat.

As a side note, I'm yet to test whether the nerf to Corruption Ring also affects LK HM last boss leash which follows the sleep wave. Done it only once since last patch... and the tank wanted to get leashed for the achievement. rip
I heard in-game and previously read in a German QQ thread (which ofc got ignored by the overly useful forum admins) that one of the places the ninja nerf applies to was LK HM last boss.
Situations where the nerf definitely applies:
- RM second boss at both boss kd mechanic and baby spider enrage - the leash can't be countered;
- Guardian missions Tria lizard BAM while he's doing the 'is attacking' attack where he does expanding stun AoEs - the stun can no longer be countered;
- TR NM last boss individual small rings 'mechanic' where he puts a ring around everyone and then pulls everyone to him - the pull was perfectly counterable before but now Corruption Ring simply doesn't work there anymore.
Situations I'm yet to test and confirm:
- Ghillieglade stun bombs - I haven't done it yet since patch;
- LK HM last boss - already explained I haven't done it yet;
- Warrior and Lancer leash in PvP - done little PvP this patch and haven't paid much attention.
Situations I've tried it multiple times and it worked as normal:
- RK-9 first boss leash which normally follows the multi-red bombs attack and the 3-bomb mech can be countered with 100% success rate unless one is simply too late as Corruption Ring has always had this bug where some of its properties don't activate right away, nor cease to take affect right after skill execution. Namely that's the anti-stun which activates after the actual skill animation fully starts and continues to apply for 1 second after it's over. The 50% dmg reduction glyph activates right away though - as soon as you tap the skill button, so if one is MEGA GOOD at timing they can utilise the glyph for single-hit attacks without putting the skill on cd (good luck with that though! );
- RM (HM) first boss (back-forth) jump stun - can be countered with 100% success, as shown in this poor-ish quality vid: TERA EU [Raw] RM HM First Boss - Mystic PoV 2018
- TR HM certain first and second boss attacks involving stuns/leashes, as well as last boss angry mobs stun AoE - if you actually survive the damage component, the stun won't immobilise you.

It's just no longer possible to upgrade Guile pieces. It's a ninja change with last patch they couldn't be bothered to tell us about, unless it's a bug.

So, the answer to the main question should be to get the free Guardian set from the NPC in Highwatch, enchant it to +6, then upgrade it to Twistshard, enchant it to +9, then upgrade it to Frostmetal, enchant it to +0, then upgrade it to Stormcry, enchant it to +8 if you can afford it.

This is the forum, buddy - you're not allowed to ask account related questions in the SUPPORT section. You can only post irrelevant shit they ignore anyway... or move to a more appropriate section.

Can you log into the 'old' account management page? Do you have a dynamic IP or something? Have you logged into your account from another location perhapsy? Or maybe forgotten a VPN running before trying to log in? Did you magically get IPv6 activated which even more magically didn't affect TERA?

It's best to write to Support and ask them to fix your account access. Let us know what they said - it could help someone else in the same situation. I've seen at least 1 other guy who could log into the game but not the website.

You can use the old schedule as reference until they remember to tell us the new one.
Bear in mind they never fixed the Saturday non-spawn day, so the new times could be different even though there was a BAM this Sunday and/or BAMs could spawn at the same time on all servers. I'm yet to see a new gBAM, so can't claim anything with certainty.

It doesn't exist. All of those quests have been redundant for years. They just don't care to remove them.

Only the black puma achievement mount quests can be completed.

S'il y a une chasse aux monstres ou un événement similaire avec des jetons, il est également possible d'obtenir un animal de compagnie qui n'est pas complètement inutile. Les animaux domestiques avec un stockage supplémentaire viennent uniquement de l'atelier de vente au détail, respectivement de la maison de courtage.

Yes, it's normal. Nothing to do - you'll gain normal access in time. It's just a security measure, I'd imagine. No official statement about it.

En attendant que le support vous réponde, vous pouvez essayer de vous connecter à l'ancienne gestion de compte pour voir si cela permet de «vider» le problème de consignation.
Essayez d'utiliser la connexion Internet de votre téléphone pour voir s'il s'agit d'un problème lié à la connexion. Essayer une connexion différente est connu pour avoir résolu des problèmes similaires dans le passé.
Si vous avez une adresse IP dynamique, assurez-vous de l'indiquer dans votre ticket de support.
