It will be a problem but we'll use voice chat, so if I can't understand something, you'll just translate it for me. Done it on Polish, French, German, even Portuguese Windowses, so it should be OK.

You don't need to actually install TeamViewer - it's enough to download it and start it. It will offer you to either install it or use it right away. If you won't be using it later, there's no point installing it. Reply to my 'conversation' though.

You can either write to Support but if you don't feel confident changing stuff, they won't help you because they will just give you copy-pasted instructions for you to do on your own.
If you like, we can look into it together via TeamViewer. See your 'conversations' (top left, next to 'notifications').

Thanks for confirming my suspicion. Until the bug's fixed (this year?), it would help if a moderator drops a post after approving such a comment, so others can see it's now visible. Obviously, they gotta delete their post after - something they never, ever bother doing after writing 'thread moved' posts.

It's happened before - someone's replied to a thread (and I've even got a notification if I'm watching that thread) but I can't see their post. I've tried with another browser, even tried on my phone and still the same. A random amount of time later the post becomes visible. Latest example: Launcher.exe problem.

Does the last post need to be approved by a moderator for whatever reason? If so, why is it showing in search results before it's approved? I can't keep reopening the thread a whole day, hoping that the post will finally appear.

If they wanted to fix it, they would've done so already with a simple server restart. But no, they even postponed the weekly maintenance for no reason.

Regardless, we have over a month left to do RM HM, and with the new class too. If the bug(?) wasn't known before, they've known for over 3 weeks now. Where's the fix? I'd imagine fixing that shouldn't be mega complicated, no? Especially if they know what's the trigger.

Frankly, I don't expect them to fix it either but at least I'd like to see Gameforge making an effort. Just an effort. As much as asking whether BHS were aware of it (imagine if they "didn't know about it" ) and whether they were planning to deliver an already delayed fix or not.

There's probably no-one left who doesn't know how or at least hasn't heard that the spheres at last boss in Ruinous Manor Hard Mode can be disabled. Just like the Broken Prison first boss auras bugs (the 'typo' and the dispelling) which have been completely ignored as well.

I'm beginning to think this wasn't a bug after all, as it has been 3 weeks since it became known and nothing's happened.
EnMasse have been 'looking into' it ever since. 18 days of looking so far.
Have Gameforge reported this to Bluehole already? If not, why not? If yes, what did they say and why haven't you told us yet? Is it even a bug?
Kindly don't take 3 weeks of 'looking'. RM HM is supposedly the hardest party dungeon at present, and now it's just a joke.

So, is it getting fixed or are you going to just remove it when the time comes?

P.S. Turned out any class could do it. Only the showcased 4 could do it safely though.

@Vayus I have every confidence that the German section users speak English or at least know how to use Google Translate. If they happen not to, then I'll have just wasted my time replying. I'm also confident 1 or 2 comments in English here won't crash the forum.

Just forget about your old account. 1 month of TC is no big deal. A single character transfer voucher costs just as much, so even if it was possible, it would cost you much more to transfer your characters.

You can play both accounts if you want - one via Steam and one normally. Or make another Steam profile and link the regular account to it, in case you don't want to have 2 copies of the game.

Don't forget to cancel the automatic renewal of TC.

In addition to the information above, you should know that the location given in the quest description is sometimes wrong, so you should only read the name of the BAM.

Support can apply a CD key for you, especially if you have a steam-generated TERA account and can not log into the online account management anyway.
