You could just buy the gear directly, enough people are selling already enchanted pieces.
Or you could buy Semi Enigmatic scrolls etc. to dismantle to entropic emblems -> buying mats or dismantle to metamorphic emblems.
Ooor you buy Enchanting Crates and pray for RNG.Well, no matter how you look at it, you can get them on multiple ways, depends how much gold you want to invest.
Edit: And yes, you can get gems over the item shop directly.

You should not go for too much dmg reduction because you dont "block" damage anymore, meaning no more shield counter.

As for the question: The hat was a reward for the advent calender event. It was the reward on december 2nd.
If there is any other way to obtain it - i dont know. Maybe another user knows more.Regards,

You can buy a Character Transfer Voucher just for Tera Thalers, its an item that cant be traded ingame and you can just use it with the account management on the website.

I had the same issue right now and waiting in the server selection for around 1 minute ended up in me getting connected to the server automatically.
So try waiting without clicking on any server and see if it helps. -

Mit einem Veteranen Account hätte man mehr Bank & Charakter slots.Mit etwas Glück kann man noch veteran keys irgendwo kaufen.
