@senita456 : Those 2012 screen were not in Tera EU. Those were featured in KR when cap level was 58. Some of them were included with NA Tera when game launched in 2012: the goddess in the bubble and the circle cloud statue I remember seeing in NA when I made the account there in summer 2012.

Screens you think were from 2013/2014 were all included with Tera EU launch back in 2012, except
2 screens: the popori and some other guys unloading some noctenium boxes and the guy with the lioness mount under it - these are from the noctenium / alliance era from summer 2013.

The last 2 screens you included for noctenium / alliance are from the Civil Unrest introduced in fall 2016.

Ok, so it's probably not because of DirectX. I noticed this error occurs when I'm in a crowded place near a broker usually.

I took an 8 month break from the game. I know the launcher was updated in the meantime but I have never encountered this error before. I just returned to the game and the game is randomly crashing to desktop with the error in the attached image. I heard some newer guildies got this error too "in the beginning." If the support team needs my PC specs, I'll provide them.
