Issue mostly solved.

I had to create a second account for the game (really didn't want to) and use that to contact support. After answering a whole load of security related questions, I now have to wait 7 days for my account to be useable. Great stuff.

I am an old school Tera player from back when the EU servers opened. I played for many years before leaving soon after the BG's appeared and the Nexus events (god I loved those!) vanished. I came back a year or so ago when the Isle of Dawn changed? I can't quite recall the story behind that.

Anyway a friend told me about the Tera Classic Server being a thing and I'd like to take a look. However the email associated with my account expired in Jan 2019 - it was my domain email that I was hardly using. I thought I'd transferred all my web accounts to my new email addresses but clearly I had forgotten to do Tera.

Upon trying to login the 'Forgotten Password' feature is sending security codes to my old email address, which I cannot access. I can't use support (yet) because that requires an account login - which I can't do. These forum accounts were luckily kept separate and obviously this still works. Is there any way I can contact support via this forum? I should be able to provide suffiecient evidence if required.

I'd like to play again. Thanks.

Does anyone know exactly when we get this update? As I'd like to take a holiday off work. I remember seeing the 3rd July somewhere on the main site but I just can't find it right now.

Gameforge, this is a bit of an embarassing situation to be in. To echo the thoughts of everyone else, that 'prize' if one could call it that is rather poor and somewhat insulting. There are a high calibre of artists out there who can create work that is of a much higher quality than our existing screens - their motivation to create a loading screen is a temporary mount? Alarm bells are ringing.

Looks like an 'enhanced form' of Locked Strongbox to me. Nice gifts, but a very poor distribution method. I'll pass.

My sole question/complaint really is about Enchanting.

Never before have I seen such a poorly implemented system. Why are the success rates beyond dreadful? As a lancer we are not gold making/farming machines. I haven't the time to spend the entire day farming for gold as I have a job.

I save up extremely hard for my cash and rely on selling stuff on the trade broker to get me about 50-100g a day. It disgusts me to see me lose thousands of gold just enchanting my Rebirth armour. I have spent well over 3K trying to get my lance to +8 and countless superior gold items have been sacrificed for nothing. When I eventually move to T13 armour, the whole process repeats itself again - how is this enjoyable?

As of this past weekend I have 600g left now and very little will to even carry on enchanting or playing the game. I need to enchant my gear or I cannot do high level dungeons effectively. Why is the system so poor? If it is enough to make me consider quitting the game, how many players have already left for this reason alone?
