Havent found official answer but most thread/post I've seen were talking about Frankfurt being the server location for EU. (Mods on the steam community of Bless, seems to confirm its in Frankfurt, so I guess Germany does allow Xigncode (?))

How does it work for other games tho? Aren't Bless EU servers located in Germany, yet they do have xigncode. Their EU offices are in Germany aswell.
Shouldn't any games being published in EU (or germany if it is specific to germany) follow GER/EU regulation despite them being non EU-GER companies?

Ktera got it in february and I'm pretty sure we got this one before Ktera, and it changed nothing proxy wise.

Tbh if dps meter or proxy bother you so much, you should just stop playing this game, proxy or much worse exploit have been around for a very long time, no one cared before because it wasn't as spread as today and only a minority were using such, many player stocked millions of gold 2 or 3 digits numbers years ago, gold that was never removed from their multiples account, I find such much worse than what 99% of the proxy users are using.
People need to stop thinking proxy = exploit everything,instant TP to WB, 500% extra dmg or free+9, most people use it to compensate their shitty ping and loot faster and have to clue how to find actual "exploit/cheat" module (if they even exist)

With or without proxy, exploiter will exploit anyway, hell most exploit/abuse/cheating I can recall were done without proxy and nothing has ever been done against them, sure some account got banned, but whats the point banning someones account when they have 100m stash on another?

How will "old" gear xp work btw for +9SC to Heroic btw?

Atm +9 SC doesn't stack XP for future use, but +8 does (ofc it gain xp, but its not capped even tho there are no more enchant/upgrade (yet)) , so one could theorically leave his item at +8 and stack an unlimited amount of XP so when Heroic comes out , he would have 100% for upgrade+future enchant if they ever add it ?

Seems like a design flaw tbh, it feels like you should be able to gain gear XP on your +9 SC aswell.

Yes you get x20 Strongboxes key that you can sell for 3500 to 4000gold each.
Additionnaly you have as Arlos stated an item called Vergo Flame (can be used once per day) which you combine with a banyakas chest (cost around 5-10gold lately, and frequently drop from GG) it creates a treasure chest that contain 40 golden talent and 10 silver talent (also some elleon mark+goldfinger token) so that's 1200gold talent & 300 silver talent per month, meaning another 25-30k off the prices.
You also get a supply which can also be used once a day and contain (amongst other thing) x1 comet, which can be transformed into a star trace (x2 comet needed), so that's x15 star trace/month, and they sell for around 1k, so that's another 15k off the price.
It can also contain a variety of other goodies (its RNG some item have an extremely low chance, some are quite frequent), etching box 4, specialist additive, costume boxes, marrow brooch. (There's a link somewhere)

So yeah all in all, if you can afford the first price, you can easily make about 120-150k back just by login in 2min everyday.

So tell me, whats the point of turning off focus? But maybe you got me wrong, I was merely implying that since the previous change, stacks reset on kd and not hit anymore,it should simply be a passive at this point, meaning it doesnt really matter if you can or not turn it off, as you shouldnt turn it off to begin with.

Posting wise tho, it was GF (or well if one consider mods to be part of GF) who did infact post it in your own unffocial discord thread here on the OFFICIAL Tera forum (you know the thread you specifically requested comments/random stuff not to be posted) aswell as the news section of the unofficial discord. So yes, while GF did not write it themselves, and said player mostlikely asked them to post it to get more visibility, meaning they probably read it and thought it was quite funny and on point thus meaning they're aware of everything that could be done, but aren't doing it.

Pretty sure what OP meant was more in relation to the grind needed vs p2w. And that's why EU was considered so "p2w" back then, because we had to grind much more than NA to get the same gears. Nowadays tho, its pretty much the same grind wise.

Only real "p2w" is the 2.0 on EU.

So, the answer to the main question should be to get the free Guardian set from the NPC in Highwatch, enchant it to +6, then upgrade it to Twistshard, enchant it to +9, then upgrade it to Frostmetal, enchant it to +0, then upgrade it to Stormcry, enchant it to +8 if you can afford it.

Guile was never upgrade-able to begin with, so no "ninja change". Misery needed (and still do) to be +12 in order to upgrade to +0 Twistshard.

After actually reading what gear OP has (I read what Glacial said, and just read "Misery", so I assumed it was Misery), it seems that he's wearing full Guile armors parts, which are not upgrade-able and a +10 Misery weapon, which is also not upgrade-able.

So yeah follow Sunflare instructions.

May you post a screenshot of your gear please.

edit: just noticed your weapon was +10. I don't think you can convert misery if its not +12. Have you tried with your robe, gloves & boots?

Your post did specify that "good lancer are pretty close to brawlers", data shows brawler doing 30 to 50% more damage than lancer. The duration of whatever runs is irrelevant in their personal damage comparaison, as the difference is likely coming from the buffs lancer provide to his party + party composition.

But yeah I do agree that 50% isn't enough balance wise IF the lancer buff to his party members are taken into account, which they aren't in "personal damage" comparaison.

Also are more liked by DPS since they have buffs. In general runs with lancer are shorter than with brawler.

Talking purely about personal damage, good brawler are doing 30 to 50% more dmg based on moongourd data.
