I am playing with a priest exclusively but I've seen lancers stacking incredible amounts of power so I've been wondering how I should go about my build

When the boss says "Name, you are next" and starts running toward said person and if there is a banana in the way he will slip on it, this banana will have a 25% percent chance to make him slip however while it should have a 100% chance.
Was something changed from the Ktera version?
