normal drop rate is 2-3 scrolls
Newbie buff gives 3-5 scrolls

today no newbie buff 3 scrolls.

Fane of Kaprima hard mode :

Sure not increased 112th time i run i know the drops out of my head.

LoT : Same as normal.

Just checked the drops no improvement.
Since theres no time set maybe still has to turned on ?
