Are you really think see lvl will help you in any group PvP? Low lvl will simply come into your AoE effect.

Based on the latest feedback, the PvP server settings were modified. You’ll now earn Infamy Points whenever you kill players with a difference of 6+ levels. The distribution is as following:
- Same level up to 5 levels difference – 0 points
- 6 to 10 levels difference – 60 points

- Infamy Points will decrease by one point every five minutes and it is also possible to reduce them by killing monsters at your level or higher.

Hmmm... I realy had hope this crap will not come in to our servers.
1) It does not prevent ganking low lvls. Worse, alot of people got idea nothing worse can not happen and while they are zerged in them own zones they just going back to PK low lvls.
2) That is possible to abuse. Why it work even if low lvl character enter hight lvl zone? Why player who PvP on his/her lvl zone can get penalty if kill low lvl?
3) that is completly useless and do not fit in to PvP servers...

That is not that simple. After that, people what do like something between pure PvE and PvP will come on PvP servers and will cry about add restrictions. I do prefer if they will make consensual PvP in PvE servers and stay with no restrictions in PvP servers.

I do not get why do not make from it normal wars without limits. Or large amount of time like 28 days. And delete debuffs, at last on similar lvls. Ofc on Pvp servers.

Are you know what is the most funny? This system will not stop griefing and gank - large group of of players still can PK and griefing without limit. Problem become when victims will want revange with small group of friends - system penalise for number of kills, it means small group will be penalise while system will not even touch zerg. This system is broken from the basics.

Anti-social : players don't need to speak to each other to make their dungeon and succeed their quest.
Anti-community : players will not get used to the players of their own server as they will play as much with players from other servers. This doesn't help to create a feeling of community inside a same server.
Rude : players don't care about their reputation. They can behave as bad as they want there is no more consequences for their wrong behaviours.I really hope this feature might be considered and be limited only between server and not be cross server.
Concerning the other incomming features, it seem very promising!
I really wonder what the "other dungeon" will be!Huh.. hard to disagree.
I do not like with way Tera going. Servers become much more like chanels than servers. Is it 10k people per server is too low to find friends? Too low people to PvP? I do not like this idea about cross servers...

Something what I can't understand the most, is why buyers are in a privileged position. They are the core of problem and main reason why rtm exist. Why people what are main cause of this issue right now not only going to get what they want but also support form EME/Frogster?

I did not mean from frogster but someone from other country. For example player A live in France and going to buy chronoscroll and then sell it to player be what live in Poland.
Now chronoscrolls are items what have real worth (even more - everything in game become have real money worth because that is not longer black market). During sell items need to pay taxes and buyer need to pay VAT. - question is how it is solved by intercountry view of law and wich country should get taxes from it. -

Ofc I think so. Fair gameplay is strongest site of P2P games... now I do not see difference between Tera and F2P/W games.
Other disadvantage of this system is fact what this game will become. It will be any longer game for fun? Now every item will have official price. I fear we will do not play for fun, because everything what we gonna do in game will have real money price. Ofc, without this sytem everything is possible to sell for real money. But after legalise feeling from it will be completly different. People will look at items and gold as at real money.
