does Spellbind drops ?

for me i had win 7 - had avrg 80 FPS

installed win 8 - had avrg 25 fps

intalled win 7 again - 80+ FPS

i will keep it simpe-

i didnt need to check all dungeons.

i just compared same ones + same areas out door - when using win8 and win7.

same dungeons , same spots , same bosses - windows 7 work fine , high FPS. and win8 5-15 fps.

i dont need to test anything to know that for me , that was the problem.

if masterwork alkhest not on in game vendor anymore - i would be happy to see it in cash shop.

getting , if u lucky 2X alkhest a day (when u need 14 for one enchant) is rediculas.

imagine failing 50-100 times - thats years to be able to do it , if it only drops from dungeons.

i, like everyone else whould have been happy if it was not removed from vendor.

but now , since its decided it does - i want another means to get it.

proper means.

same goes for spellbind.

i am going to give u a fix u didnt even think about - and it will increase your FPS by about 200% (at least it did for me).

Remove windows 8 and install windows 7.

this is not a troll. i am totally serious - its tested.

here is how the story goes :

my system specs:

core i7 @4.7k mhz OC
32 giga ddr 1600mhz
SSD
geforce 680gtx

all tests : 1900X1200 , pre set maxed (6) , Antialaising, max shadows , max everything.

i had windows 7 :
FPS open areas : 80-120 FPS
FPS dungeons : 30-65 FPS

i installed windows 8 :
DPS open areas : 25~ FPS (usually over 20 though)
DPS dungeons : 8-20 FPS (usually around 17 !!!)

tried more OC , tried re-installing, tried all - nothing worked.
even when i changed the setting to preset- 0 (no shadows , no antialasing, lowered resolution) - same exact FPS.
i looked at CPU and GPU ussage - not even 50% , FPS still that low.

i started to think its Windows8 problem.
i un-installed windows 8.

i re-installed windows 7 (64-bit). and WALLA ! fixed. FPS as before :
FPS open areas : 80-120 FPS
FPS dungeons : 30-65 FPS

thats how it worked for me.

i Object F2P models that means - PAY TO WIN.

if by removing spell bind and MW alkahest - they mean, u will need to buy them with real money, and that there is no other means in game to attain them. then i am out.

whats this new post (in this forum) i read about this patch , has a bug , that "re-roll" your stats ? (the post says there are reports about it on US forum)

ppl have put thousands of gold on master enigmatic scrolls and spell bind to get thier stats - i REALLY REALLY hope u are making sure this bug doesnt happen.
