THIS. I understand that Strongbox Keys and NPC Scrolls are a one-time thing, and they should be in the single-use Item claim tab.

But what's so hard about either making the compass tradeable (already in use by EME) or simple getting it to show in the Account-wide Item Claim tab? Like the CE lion or the preorder skins... gah.

Realm pools have to be reconsidered.

Put all the new servers in one pool, and put Fraya back together with DE and FR again. Current Fraya realm pool only makes sense for low level instances. Level 60s who just want to join a PUG for a quick AC NM or whatever have to wait a loooong time. And yes, I know, asking for it in guild/LFG may be helping, but sometimes you just wanna use IM and do whatever instance pops up first.

Put us back together with Hasmina and Elinu, maybe even Killian for the first time

New German server ok... but Ishara and Veritas are still on low on my server list...

Don't make new Samaels and Allemantheias ._.

But as said above, not only did the Vanarch guilds lose their application gold and token, but also cashed in a serious amount of points for their regions. Hopefully, there will be some sort of compensation

Everything went smoothly from my side in CBT2. Regardless of the idiots who had sooo much fun pulling the Ovoliths (spider elites) to the Sinestral Manor teleportal. Seriously, I didn't die from that, but others did, and three channels only gave so much room to escape those clowns. Maybe try to implement some kind of save zone, or a 1-hit guard NPC? This is, for PvE servers.

Since someone noted it earlier. It really is annoying to see items linked in French or German. I'm German myself, playing with English client, and intending to play on a EN server. It shouldn't be a problem to fix it in a way, that German client sees German links and English clients sees English links, right? In other games it works, it should here, too.
