I think the biggest difference is the location of the servers (ping related) and the cash shop.

The tera on steam is the tera for north america.
Normally it should not be visible in europe.

Während du runterlädst ist es normal, dass der Ordner da ist, ja.

Bitte komplett löschen und downloaden.
Die CD ist mittlerweile leider zu alt, das wird nicht mehr richtig funktionieren.

Also ich geh stark davon aus, dass deine Installation kaputt ist und tera deswegen nicht startet.
Da hilft leider nur, nochmal neuinstallieren (das alte vorher komplett löschen) oder von einem Freund eine Kopie auf USB-Stick oder Festplatte kopieren.

Und was hast du dann gemacht, als das kam?

Der Ordner sollte gar nicht da sein, wenn alles richtig installiert und gepatcht wurde.
Hattest du beim Runterladen irgendwelche Probleme?

ok, das mit dem .exe liegt daran, dass die Erweiterungen bei dir ausgeschaltet sind, das ist ok.
Dein Grafiktreiber sieht auch gut aus.

Wie sieht es aus mit deinen Windowsupdates? Alles aktuell?

Drück mal bitte [Windowstaste]+[R], gib dort dxdiag ein und klick OK.
Bei dem Fenster das sich da öffnet, klick mal auf die Kategorie Anzeige.
Und davon machst du mal bitte einen Screenshot (mit der Druck/S-Abf Taste), füg es in einem Grafikprogramm ein (z.B. in Paint - [Strg]+[V])
Speicher das Bild als .jpg und lad es z.B. bei http://666kb.com hoch und füg hier den Link zu dem Bild ein, dann sehen wir weiter.

Desweiteren schau mal bitte, ob folgende Dateien in deinem Tera Ordner vorhanden sind:
Client\TL.exe
Client\Binaries\TERA.exe

Sind alle Windows Updates bei dir installiert?

Du kannst Tera auch ohne GFLive einfach aus dem Verzeichnis raus starten (TERA-Launcher.exe).
Probier mal ob das funktioniert.

Die Techniker sind dran an dem Problem.
Es gibt da leider nichts, was ihr im Moment tun könnt ausser warten und später erneut probieren

Hast du deinen PC mal neugestartet?
Oder hast du mal versucht die TERA-Launcher.exe direkt aus dem Ordner raus zu starten?
