Would love to play but this launcher is the worse POS that i have come across.
Uninstalled 3 times tried to patch and now i have 14 hours to complete what a fecking joke.I had no probs in CBT 5.
Think i will give this a miss and just hope its fixed for head start/ launch.

Removed penalty on enchanting? wth is that about. Its supposed to be hard. And now you dont need different powders beacuse it cant decrease anyway?
Improved drop rates from instance boss monsters. Read, increased? = bad.
And why remove the seal from lower lvl items? 5k was too much gold for ppl to afford it until endgame?

Between the fifth closed beta and the open beta test, there is a large patch (over 4GB) due to the amount of new content we’ll be adding for OBT. We want to give folks enough time to download the patch so we've tweaked the dates to ensure people will have ample time to get ready. We will start the patching process immediately after CBT5 ends at 11:59PM PDT on 4/8, and the early character creation period will start at 7:00PM PDT on 4/13 to maximize the time available for downloading.
For our pre-order users, we want to make it really meaningful to participate in the beginning of TERA as one of the founders of the game. To that end, our pre-order users will be able to access the open beta test starting on 4/19. This pre-order perk won't affect the overall length of the OBT however, as everyone will be able to enjoy TERA from 4/20 to 4/23.

yeah go figure Enmasse have let the NA have the early char creation before the start of OBT so they don't get a char wipe after OBT and they can use the bonus items that come with the collectors/deluxe edition in OBT but... EU have the early char creation after OBT basically meaning EU get a char wipe after OBT.. Starting to wish I'd bought the deluxe ed for NA now instead of EU
Hoping a CM or someone else at frogster can comment on the reasoning of the diff compared to NA
