99% it's a mistype on the main page. It was always 3pm Gmt+1. And because of Summer time for Europe they probably got it wrong.
That or the servers crashed and we lost all our characters and we will have to start again. you pick which outcome you prefer.

CEST (central european summer time) is being used. This is CET+1 or GMT +2, so, still 24 minutes to go.
