Its another sign to tell people stop using TERA shop until gameforge won't fix other things.
But if you really want to support them "Close this window and try again".
Or send ticket to support.
I'm sure they will fix it fast since it involves direct losses.

It's been down 2 days. They lose all sales they would have made during the weekend.
It's very ironic if there's a automated script to turn on and announce TT discounts on weekend.
