Can i use ingame charecter transfer voucher to transfer from Mystel to Shen ?
Can i transfer my charecter from Mystel(INT) to Shen(Asia)

only transfers between Mystel, Seren and Yurian are possible in EU right now (Shakan and Shen are each seperated too)
Also Vanguard Quests still seem to be broken on Shen, making that server pretty unconfortable and deserted

How long has it been now? like half a year? more?
At this point they can just shut it down and save server space and resources.
