How can you reply on that and not being rude at the same time?
There are 2 options only when they answer like that.
1. They have zero touch with the game and they dont know materials changed.
2. They lie in your face
And ofcourse is the second because they are selling the new materials in tera shop since day 1.

That would have a small chance to help if they were not aware that banyaka materials are not up to date.........but they are aware of it and they do it on purpose.
I am so mad and i dont wanna completely ruin my weekend so i didnt check the second reply in my ticket .
Change this advertisement with " Daily rewards for previous outdated gear " and we are fine.
Still i am more mad with tera community being that passive than i am with gameforge.

From all my friends ingame only me have send a ticket about that.
They all complain tho...... in my ears not in gameforge.
And if you want me to go even further most of the people who wrote in this topic didnt sent either if i have to guess ...... you know the 4 people you mentioned.

How about not paying for Tera Club????? If they see many people still buying TC why would they try to fix it? Players should be blamed for this as much as gameforge, stop wasting money on this game until it gets fixed, this last gear patch is the worst one so far since the release of Tera in 2011, and this says a lot cause we had multiple shit gear patches in last 10 years

I agree with you completely. People are gonna complain and still pay even if nothing changes. There are thread from 2017 saying how game is gonna die if they don't fix X and Z, and here we are, years later, those things are not fixed and people keep threatening to quit, complaining, but keep playing and paying. If you say, that's how companies survive and if players stop paying, they gonna shut down game, but at this point ,is it really that bad of a thing to happen. It would put a lot of players out of their misery, bcuz they can't do it themselves and are holding on to hope that one day miracle will happen.

Why pay a company money for poor service? Imagine how games like FFXIV and WoW would be if left in the hands of Gameforge.

this new generations gives up as soon as they find a problem. either give up or cry.
Maybe he doesnt pay fo TC and buys it with gold like many of us but still you should get what is mentioned in the description.
If you buy meat "cow" and in the end is pork you wouldnt complain?
