Any plans to tone the PvP damage down for duels and Battlegrounds or disable the effect of this new skill entirely?

This should only apply in combat against monsters (see BHS notes).
Also there are other wrong information in GF patchnotes:
-Illusion Archer Skill Stunning Trap Arrow: You can either decide Stunning Trap Arrow to Stare Trap OR Explosion Trap Arrow to Incendary Trap launch.
-Skill manuals: Should also be able to activate for Slayer and Archer the same as for the other classes, if we get Patch standing of 26.01.2022 K-Tera (compare https://playtera.co.kr/news/updates/827?page_from=1).
- Frostflower/Skylotus cards: One of these only costs 3 instead of 4 card points (compare picture below).

-Warrior Change: Patchnote states: " The ability to ignore physical resistance rises by approx. 33% in line with Physical Crit Power."
Thats wrong it should state: "Physical Critical Strike Power Proportional Physical Resistance Ignore Increase is reduced by about 33% compared to before" (compare https://playtera.co.kr/news/updates/759?page_from=1) ..

done some testing about this "pve" buff....seems it effects duels so likely battlegrounds too
sorcerer ice storm vs a ninja target, both default gold gear, only changes were useing the books to level up
level zero or pre patch ice storm damage
1100 dmg per tick
level 1 book 1300 per tick
level 2 book 1550 per tick
level 3 book 1900 per tick
ran out off mats before book 4 and 5 so someone with more than 2 minutes can test this further
