This sugestion is based on these thoughts:
- The current Guilds on Server was intended for people to look for guilds and join the one they feel meets the standars they are looking from a group. However right now will the search tool will show you dead guilds as the first thousands avaliable options, making the player get frustrated with this tool and spam in general chat trying to look for a guild to join.
- There is a "Guild Advertising" text channel that is pretty much useless because you need to post there every day and hope your guild advertising wont get flooded by the posts of other players that use this tool only for trolling or off-topic things. Also, if someone login in the game after an adversing was posted they wont be able to see this post either until the members from that guild post their advertising again.

What is suggested could be like
In the current state of the game I believe that is necesary for guilds to have an option in this Guilds on Server window, allowing us to post our guild recruitment announcement here. Making a tab similar to "Prospects" but with a name like "Guild Advertisings" and allow these advertisings to last a week. This way new players, returnee players and some active players may see the options from guilds that have some people active in the game. Let us have a tool that actually can work and help on keeping players in the game for a bit longer before leaving with the thought that there are nothing but dead guilds and no people in the game.
I dont have much hopes something that can be considered QoL's will be added in the game looking at how much BHS and GF are not working on fixing issues. If you would then the Guild Search tool would shown us guilds sorted by how much activity their current members have and not like now that trow us the same dead guilds for hundred of pages before we can find a guild with active people.
