Shen Vanguard Reward Missing

    Yet another maintenance, yet another no show on gameforge end to do anything. Not even an effort to officially acknowledge the issue exists. Nothing done to even try to help our server. Has any of our suggestions fallen on deaf ears ?

    Oh, but you could run an event as compensation with rewards that can compensate for the lost of vanguard requests rewards people are not getting. However you here come and say you dont do anything because the dev hasnt provided a fix. You clearly think of customers as idiots, right?

    @Threaa Did you not read anything from page 2 of this discussion ? We dont want your fix from developer anymore. We want a permanent double drop. Or make the end boss drop the vanguard rewards or even mail it to us. It can all be solved on publisher side. Instead you keep saying:

    You dont even acknowledge this issue in your patch notes. No official anouncement that something is being done.

    What part of this entire discussion are you not following ? Is your staff going todo something BESIDES asking for a fix from the developer ?

    Or are you contractually tied to not allow this permanent double drop rate to happen ? In that case just tell us so we can just uninstall and move on to lost ark

    How come other servers were fixed within 1 week and Shen takes forever?

    There are several ways to approach the issue if its not fixed soon and yet there was no action done to this matter. There can be adjustments to the server itself if you can't fix this bug. Suggestions were made in several tickets already and none has been considered. ATLEAST DO SOMETHING????????????????????

    At this moment(and much earlier) I don't see a reason why not to uninstall and move to a different game.

    This is just pure ignorance from Gameforge and there is no a one good reason to support that and stay here.

    This is also can be racism since Shen players are mostly Asians and they expect that Asians can play under any condition, but its just discrimination from the highest level.

    Gameforge just keeps attacking with EMOTIONAL DAMAGE.


    In addition, don't expect any compensation at the end of it, from the whole history of Gameforge Tera they have not been kind to compensate even the smallest things. (if you check some other new game that is playable for the last 1+ year that I wont write its name but its starts with G, they compensate over EVERY maintenance for the few hours that people couldn't log in. In my sweetest dreams I can't imagine it comes from Gameforge)

    Vanguard bug exists still even on Mystel on some form.


    If you enter Ace dungeon, you get vanguard rewards only once. Second runs gives no vanguard rewards, so you lose gold, xp, ep xp and vanguard credits it would give. You have to enter Pit of Petrax, Ghillieglade or some multi-player dungeon to get them back.


    Vanguard Requests have been bugged least since fall 2020 on NA servers. Around the time when Gameforge took over NA they became bugged on EU too. There seems to be some fixes. On NA 2020 you literally had no quests at all unless you entered a dungeon.

    Nowadays we are only missing 2nd quest of the day, and some daily quests you finished yesterday are not reset properly.


    Also it seems if you remove and equip a weapon or other gear (item level changes) you sometimes don't get all the dungeons vanguards you should. This is fixed when entering dungeon, but you have to do it from instant matching menu, not on vanguard menu.

    Just wait for fix.. until they shut the servers down for good, and then just forget that it ever happened.

    There is an ongoing issue on Shen ( SEA ) where we are unable to claim Vanguards.

    This has been ongoing for over 2 months without breaks...

    I can't see the team information on the team channel

    when will it be repaired

    Do you want this server to die?
