Looking at SEA situation I guess there is no hope to get things done to fix issues at other regions. Pretty much GF is showing us they rather wait for players to stop playing and shutdown service than investing resources and time into fixing issues players have.

Gameforge is literally abandoning us. No updating situations, no compensation and no hope! I guess this is where the real end looks like.

There is an ongoing issue on Shen ( SEA ) where we are unable to claim Vanguards.
This has been ongoing for over 2 months
Population is declining and there are only dozen players willing to play like this.
Can we get any official news about this?
Is it just to kill the population and eventually remove the server?

I myself haven't logged in tera for quite a while.
My friends cannot find a full party for a dg run in SHEN since people are fading out.
This problem really been here far far too long.
We don't want to be mean but it's really unreasonable.
I meant you can't expect most players to be "understanding" for 2-3 months.

Shen players can now uninstall the game as vanguard is not fixed and no updated news from either gameforge and developer. This really shows that they just don't give a damn thing to us. This is so hamulating as the game is from one of a big gaming company and you cannot simply do a compensation or adding a reward while the issue is being investigating or solving. Simply reply with apology for any trouble caused isn't really satisfied answer after a long period. You should better shut Shen down rather than scamming new players from TW and probably JP players soon. It is unethical!!

threea you guys are showing player comunity either you dont care at all about this game issues or you are actually incompetent people.
We know code fixes should be deployed by the developer (BHS) however the kind of issue SEA server has could be worked around if you guys run an Elin milestone event as you have done a lot of them in the past. Weekly you could turn it on and give Shen players rewards from it but you dont even implement that.
Here you can clearly see that you think of players as an idiots and laught on their backs saying you cant do anything and are waiting for devs fixes when you could apply work around while you get those fixes from them.
I dont know who is in charge of GF company but clearly is not someone with morals and human values after looking at all of this.

I think you are beating a dead horse here, like Kygas said this could be easily fixed by adding the vanguard rewards as a party drop to the last boss (until the problem is fixed).
Transfer if it's available and deal somehow with the ping, even if it gets fixed soon™ you will play with the NPC's in a ghost town.

Threaa, either your company doesnt care about the Shen server or you just cant give a damn.
Its been multiple patches and you still havent solved it. Zero initiative whatsoever.
To this date you still peddle the excuse "we are talking to the developer".
We dont want an update from you about the status. We want a fix. Even your patch notes dont acknowledge this bug exist.

Now you release new equipment, requires vanguard rewards to gear up. But we don't have vanguard rewards. Literally self killing the server. And still the same reply "we discussing with developer, no news".
Drop the salesman talk and tell us if you actually intend to do something about it.

I understand you can't do much on your own besides forward information back and forth between the Tera staff and the Tera playerbase.
I want to remind you ( the Tera Staff ) about this as it's been almost a week since the last reply.
You are losing an entire continent of a playerbase here.
For 4 months we are unable to properly play as there is simply not enough relevant gold income.
Assuming 1 would do 16 vanguards a day on only 1 char, they are losing approx 50k gold each day, ( not mentioning all the materials ), previous patch it was 90k I believe;
On average, each player lost 9 mil of RAW gold assuming they would play only ONE char. Multiply that by the amount of characters that they have and would potentially play.
All we ask is, add 5k gold and 1 Starglimmer Transformation Vellum as a party wide loot to all of the 3 man and 5 man lvl 65+ dungeons.
And give a permanent double drop to make up for the lack of the vanguard rewards. ( SHEN ONLY )
This would make the servers playable again and players would be able to progress at the same or at least approximately the same speed as on Mystel.
