Shen Vanguard Reward Missing

    There is an ongoing issue on Shen ( SEA ) where we are unable to claim Vanguards.

    This has been ongoing for over 2 months without breaks...

    Population is declining and there are only dozen players willing to play like this.

    Can we get any official news about this?
    Is it just to kill the population and eventually remove the server?

    The suggested fixes that used to work; ( entering ghillieglade, doing instance matching, ... ); don't work anymore, so we can only wonder... Is this being done intentionally?

    I believe this issue occurred during last year September, we sent numerous tickets to gameforge tech support and we haven't received any update ever since, this is really disappointing, please take this matter asap and fix it thank you Melione  threea

    This bug has been with us for so long.


    Without VG, we cannot get much benefit with spamming DG.

    Players are leaving and those that stay don't have much motivation to play.


    Newcomers are struggling and playing the game in hard mode without VG.


    And I am We are poor!

    Please give us some updates.

    After win wdc i quit this game ,shen is just trash from September no vg,quality server bad and always server crash and now just around 20-30people online in shen

    Hello, this issue is still under investigation by the developer, it was not forgotten. Once we have more information regarding a fix, there will be official news as well, but at the moment there is unfortunately nothing new to add..

    I appreciate your answer, however, why can't we have special event by gameforge then?

    It is SO SO easy to fix this for gameforge, simply add gold drop + 20 awake tokens to the last boss of a dungeon, equal to it's vanguard reward for each person of the party...

    This was done before, back when triple exp event bugged people and underleveled them, you added special items to bosses to compensate for the exp loss... Some time later you added server specific compensation because some server went pepega, etc...

    Therefore, I see no reason why you can not do a quick restart and add a fix for an entire community.

    Which by the way, is new to your area so it's hard for them to communicate with you as they have no idea how to, caused by both, language barrier and lack of engagement with their community..


    We understand that you have no major influence on the game's code, but you definitely have effect on game's events and rewards. So we hope you will read this and consider it so people can farm and prepare for the next patch...

    we've been seeing this drafted reply of your team for 3 months already. Can you guys be more dramatic and creative replying to those people still playing the server for the whole 3 months no vg lmao

    Permanently under investigation. Gameforge side not gonna give any compensation or update or fix because our server not enough whales.

    You have better chances to asking for 100% bonus TT.
