Hello, I have been trying all day to create a support ticket. Whenever I enter my login details, the text fields clear, and the page refreshes. There are no messages about a failed login/incorrect password. I use the same details to log in here, as I tried to use on the support page.
Which, is an issue because I'm trying to contact support for another reason. I never received the pet or mount, after paying for the Membership.
So, is there an email I can reach support with? Because your support page is buggy as hell.

You have to create a seperate support account (best case on the same Email as your Tera account) to contact support. You can then login via support page and contact support.
