Somebody else recently posted on the forum about exactly the same problem... Look at this thread: TALYPH 69 IS MISSING
They said support fixed it eventually.
(Don't forget that your support account is not the same as your gameforge account - you need to make a separate account to contact support.)

nonono..I want to play a game that works for me.. I don't spend all day on the forum and crate accounts so I can play like everyone else... Its your problem!
