On trade broker, even if the seller is online, we cannot buy Tera Club Vouchers trought Negotiation, we are forced to eitehr contact the seller to buy it trought direct trade or buy it out with the extra taxes. This problem it's been a thing on Mystel server for years (i reported this issue to the costumer support but nothing was ever done). No idea about Seren and Yurian, but on the NA servers this issue is not even existing.
For example today in yurian as u see in the screenshot Lakosta is online since his name is highlighted white .
But at the same time "Make offer" is unavailable so we can only use the "Buy Now" button.
That was not intentional. It s a bug that Gameforge is ignoring for several patches and affects other vouchers too.
I dont remember when this problem appeared but you could make offers in the past.
Especially in mystel tera club prices are going crazy.
They are 3million and you are forcing us because of a bug not only not to be able to negotiate for lower prices but to pay 10-15% extra for the "buy out" fee.
Its an essential PREMIUM ITEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ------ i shouldnt have to make a complain about it . It should have been fixed long time ago.

When RU Tera had its own localizer, we did not have the opportunity to both trade for VIP certificates and exchange them.
