Rescue the Core Quest issue

I have tried everything to see if it was maybe something I did, but it isn't. After defeating the monster on the level 48 quest Rescue the Core, Elleon and the teleportal to Frymount Abyss did not appear to continue the quest forward. Is there anyone that can help me with this issue? It's on console to be more specific as well. I can't abandon the quest since it's a story one, and I've tried resetting instances and there is nothing to reset. I even tried to contact customer service to no avail. I've never had an issue with any quest until this recent update, with this specific quest giving me the issue.
