How to unbind game account from Gameforge launcher?

    Hello everyone!


    I would like to ask if here is someone who has same experience.

    I have old account on Tera, very very old, i saw some tera club purchases in 2014 and then at 2018 i stopped playing. Now i would like to return but i have a problem, i cant log in to my old account.


    I know email, i know the password, i know the character still exist, the thing is like this.


    I have a friend who was playing and asked me to if she can borrow my character (cuz of crafting) so i gave her my account info, thats not the problem.

    But as that long time ago for launch of tera there was no neccessary to use Steam or Gameforge launchers. Tera was launched directly by double click on Tera icone. After game opened i had to insert the login details etc.


    So now that during the years they did some modifications my game account is associated to the gameforge launcher of my friend (cuz she was using it when launcher started to be requirted). She have access to her gameforge launcher and she can launch my account with no problem.

    When i try to log in to the Tera trough the Steam or Gameforeg, it does not launch my account. It gives me empty account (like if i start new one)


    Is there any way how my email account with game can be removed from her gameforge account and associated back with mine? (yes she have there 2 accounts one is hers and second one is mine each account is created for different email register)


    Friend have her gameforge account on her email and in the options of game was also added secondary account - how to remove that secondary account and sign it back to me?

    PS. i tried Tera support, but so far they could not help

    Not sure but my friend had a similar issue. Basically not possible, as it acts as a secondary account. Support won’t help since you are not supposed to share accounts. My advice to you; make a new account. If your account is from 2018 you probably don’t have much value in it anyway.

    Like i understand that we are not supposed to share the account, but then let's ask different.


    I have on the gamefore Launcher added secondary account and i want to remove it. How do I do remove secondary account form there?


    I have found only option to add, so far have not found how to remove.


    I just really hope it can be removed, cuz there are years of collected stuff (mounts, costumes, etc.) I kinda don't want to let go.
