Vanguards/Teleporting

    Can we either get working Vanguards (fro the get go without being limited to Ghillie to fix) or Teleport scrolls to all Dungeons back?

    Currently there's no tp scrolls to any of the Exodor Dungeons which makes it really awkward for people that can't fix their vanguards due to not having Club to get to any of those Dungeons.

    We've been used to this bug a lot longer on NA. I normally just run in to Pit of Petrax which is a quick hop to Highwatch using the VG menu. It works perfectly especially on accounts where I don't have Tera Club and can just hit the GG teleport scroll.
