Crashes trying to load into server, can't log into support page to get help

    I've been having the same problem the past 2 days when every time i try to launch the game it gets to the server list, it starts loading into the server i play to which it crashes with no error or any indication of what's wrong. And now when i try to log into the support page i'm told my information is incorrect, i can still login in fine to the launcher and other sites just not the support page, if i try to reset my password i get nothing, so i'm stuck in trying to figure out what is going on and even get in touch with someone that can help me
