two days ago i update my client but have a problem for that i decide to delete and reinstall but my problem next was i have a account in the right server and region but none characters can someone let me know how i fix these

If you didn’t transfer your characters over when the transfer to GF happened your characters and their data is deleted and nothing they can do about it.

i have long time playing on gameforce included my friends have my characters in your friend list the lost time was 1 month ago and i never have problems now i can run the client and i delete and install back and my account is empty
Contact support and make sure you’re using the right account and not a new gameforge account.
