listen, my brother here dpnightmare transfered the enchantment level and rolls from one piece of gear to the other, and sold/dismantled the old one
this is an actual game mechanic, a feature, using the "mahtnan jewel of magic transference"
this new piece of gear was fine until maintenance, where it got reverted back to +0 and lost all the progress
after contacting support, this is apparently a "game mechanism" and it's all under control, all fine, nothing wrong happened, can't help you, suck it up
mind actually looking into it? Athena would be kinda sad to see the 200 remaining players quit because a mechanic that was added to help players is actually inting them and making them want to get away from tera for good
should be able to revert the enchantment level, or give the equivalent piece, or materials or something poggers, other than "nothing wrong buddy enjoy your +0 piece cheers gg"
