Gathering the Avengers! Because my account has been permanently blocked im heavily exploiting Tera Club on 20.08/2021.

This is my farewell letter to this project! I've been creating and nurturing my character for seven years. And I was erased by the Thanos flick for correcting other people's mistakes. I've been using the subscription for 6 years, and I've seen many variations of properly working VIP panels. In 6 years I have used sled animal, atlas, and traveler log millions of times, but got permanently blocked for repeatedly using boxed, new coin scrolls that I didn't need.

I hope active players don't subscribe to Tera Club so You don't fall for any further provocations from Gameforge, otherwise your work will be destroyed without warning or hesitation!

Below is the last screenshot of the Hulk with the face of Popori, who coincidentally fell into the textures in the dungeon and died at the bottom without the right to resurrection!

Привет всем товарищам по несчастью, я столкнулся с такой же проблемой с VIP панелью. Сразу после загрузки патча 108 у многих возникла ошибка с отправкой пакетов на сервер. В результате пострадали многие невиновные люди.
Я был одним из них. Как и любой другой человек, увидев халяву, я попытался набрать столько , сколько смог :) Кто бы мог подумать , что оно аукнется нам именно так, ибо после всех косяков гф получить пермач за, собственно, ИХ ошибку, на мой взгляд, это нечестно. Я уверен, что они знали об этой ошибке до того, как забанили, и даже более того, они знали, что многие люди воспользовались ею (это очевидно).
Поэтому я вообще не понимаю, почему нельзя было уведомить всех игроков, типа «мы знаем, какая ситуация, пожалуйста, каждый, кто взял больше VIP вещей, чем должен, выкиньте или что-то в этом роде ...» Я считаю , что это очень высокомерно с их стороны, потому что в конце концов, мы их игроки , которые платят им деньги и играют в их игру (не знаю почему).
Дело было так: после обнаружения ошибки в лаунчере , я, как и любой другой игрок, написал в поддержку. На что я получил ответ:

К сожалению, нам пришлось определить следующее нарушение, совершенное вами в отношении наших Условий использования и / или правил игры:
TYPE: 20.08.2021 ваша учетная запись была навсегда заблокирована за активное использование TERA Club.
В соответствии с соглашением EULA и ToS, которое вы приняли при входе в игру, мы оставляем за собой право удалять игроков и учетные записи, которые нарушили их. Мы должны сообщить вам, что мы расторгаем наш контракт в чрезвычайном порядке.

Ну ... кажется , что это моя вина , и все это, НО
Мне не показали ни пункта, ни статьи из договора, который я нарушил (меня не устраивает формулировка «жесткая эксплуатация Tera Club»)
Я, конечно, писал им об этом, и спрашивал, можно ли подать апелляцию? В конце концов, все это произошло из - за их ошибки, а не из - за каких-то моих действий (я понимаю , что я злоупотребил багом): Я не использовал TeraToolbox или другие сторонние ПО , которые нарушают их условия соглашения. на что я получил следующее в качестве ответа:

Если вы по- прежнему отвечать или создавать новые билеты об этом случае, у нас не будет иного выбора , кроме как рассматривать это как попытку спама и притеснения системы поддержки и будут вынуждены отменить свое право на доступ к этой системе.
Мой запрос для доказательства или хотя бы какие-то подтверждения моего нарушения условий просто проигнорировали, после чего они просто закрыли мне рот, мол не пишите нам больше, в противном случае мы кинем вас в спам или забаним на форуме
Но даже после этого, Я писал:
Прошу прощения за злоупотребление этой ошибкой. На данный момент эти коробки не наносят вреда экономике игры. Если вы думаете иначе, то не могли бы вы указать сумму, на которую я нанес ущерб. Готов заплатить штраф в игровой валюте и получить временный бан, сторонними программами не пользовался. Вдобавок купил VIP-статус на год, из которых осталось ~ 150 дней. Приходите на мою встречу, это была первая и последняя. Я респектабельный игрок, который никогда раньше не нарушал правил. Произошло недоразумение. Давайте найдем мирное решение этой проблемы, компромисс. Прошу вас удалить эти элементы из моей учетной записи и вернуть мне к ней доступ. Я прошу не игнорировать меня, этот счет действительно важно для меня , и я хотел бы, чтобы вернуть его.

Hello to all friends in misfortune, I faced the same problem with the VIP panel. Immediately after downloading patch 108, many ppl had an error with sending packets to the server. As a result, many innocent people have suffered.
I was one of them. I'm sure they knew about this bug before they got banned, and even more, they knew that a lot of people took advantage of it (it's obvious)
Therefore, I do not understand at all why it was impossible to notify all the players, like "we know what the situation is, please, everyone who took more VIP items than they should, throw them out or something like that ..." I believe that this is very arrogant of them, because after all, we are their players who pay them money and play their game (I don’t know why).
It was like this: after finding an error in the launcher, I, like any other player, wrote in support. To which I got the answer:

Unfortunately, we had to determine the following offense committed by you against our ToS and/or gamerules:
TYPEYour account has been permanently blocked on 08/20/2021 for heavily exploiting TERA Club.
Under the EULA and ToS agreement you accepted when entering the game, we reserve the right to remove players and accounts that have broken these. We have to inform you that we terminate our contract extraordinarily.

Well ... it seems like it's my fault and it's all, BUT
I was not shown any clause or article from the agreement that I violated (I am not satisfied with the wording "tough exploitation of Tera Club")
Of course, I wrote to them about this, and asked if it is possible to appeal? In the end, this all happened because of their mistake, not because of some of my actions (I understand that I have abused the bug): I have not used TeraToolbox or other third party software that violates their terms of agreement. to which I got the following as an answer:

Hi, I think this decision was made incorrectly by the gameforge, they were obliged to notify the players about this bug. so that people do not use it, and if they did use it, they must delete everything that they received (if the player does not remove (boxes, fire, or what he received), then he gets a ban). but gameforge decided to ban most of the players for nothing! they themselves broke the game client, thereby allowing a bug, I believe that they have not legally banned people. they must give amnesty to the people.As the bug happened due to the fault of gameforge (people did not use third-party software), the fault was solely due to gameforge. Gameforge, give people a chance to improve and play further tera, many did not know that this would be so. and if they knew they would not do so! gameforge, is it difficult for you to delete all the items received by the bug? is it easier to ban a couple of hundred people?

As much as I'm not Gameforge's white knight, I can't really agree on this one. If anything the level of punishment could have been adjusted to temporary, but actions being taken was the right thing to do imho.

Bug abuse is not "nothing", it's a legit ban reason, I doubt click spamming that happened "on mistake".

There are reasons why exploitable bugs aren't being publicly announced. I'm not a fan of big restrictions, but I'd rather not go to the other extreme as well and allow anything, let's be reasonable. Shame not to see Hulk back though.
