since the release of Patch 108, a lot of TERA players have been experiencing various issues with the game, and we'd like to apologize for the inconveniences that these have caused to all of you.
We are aware that this does not meet the quality standards that you would rightfully expect, and we want to assure you that we are doing our best together with Bluehole to get all issues fixed as soon as possible.
As a compensation for the ongoing issues, we'd like to give out an item package with tomorrow's maintenance:
All players that have logged in at least once between 14.07.2021 (6:01 PM EDT) and 16.08.2021 (3:00 AM EDT) will find the following items in their item claim:
- 10 Days TERA Club (This will be automatically added to your account. If you already are a TERA Club Member the 10 days will be automatically added on top of your current subscription time.)
- 300 x Elleon's Mark of Valor
- 200 x Summer Festival Token
- 5 x Swift XP Potion 200-400% (1d)
- 3 x 800 Adventure Coins
Important: Please be aware that only one character can claim the items from the Item Claim (TERA Club time is an account-wide benefit).
