I received a 3 day suspension. I guess this is a wake up call to stop spending money on this game since I haven't done anything out of the ordinary. I feel blindsided by this and if the game lasts long enough no doubt they will make up more BS reasons to eventually get me permabanned since they say this will be attached to my account forever. I never expected to be suspended let alone for vague and unknown reasons.
I've never used any third party programs, scripts, etc or engaged in anything remotely questionable. Currently waiting on a response from support to find out what they claim I actually did, because I just got the generic [Exploiting TERA club] message.
It just hits differently when you feel you didn't do anything wrong and get punished for something that apparently doesn't involve anything special to execute.

I asked about confirmation day and time and the exact reason, asked them to confirm if it was exactly that bug with TC supplies boxes from their side which I didn't even abused but they were only repeating same melody over and over

Why you leave out the part where you exploited the hell out the Tera Club Bar? Be truthful and open with what you did don't just put it out there like you got mistreated.
A lot of people got banned up to 7 days as a warning to not exploit if there is a vulnerability and report to the support team as soon as possible.

But do you remember when was bug with vg rewards? So a lot of ppl made millions of gold in few minutes? Back then gf did a servers rollback few hours later. Why the hell they couldn't do same in this case? Why they've waited so long and banned ppl only weeks later because of a bug from their own gf side?
For the permaban someone had to exploit for hours doing the same thing over an over again that is heavy exploitation, it completely removes the argument of it being an accident. It wasn't gonna get you millions in a few minutes and only Tera Club members were targeted.
Wait an official answer if any is further provided, but the matter is solved and the abusers punished accordingly and the proper measures taken.

Why are you defending someone that exploited their entire time in the game? This is what I don't understand at all, when measures are taken and they do get banned most come to the forum to complain and trash talk.
There are also complaints about the lower population than when it was the lockdown and it peaked, it's summer, it's normal for people to not be active as much and when they do return hopefully they find this game in a better state than when they left or new ones join.

I'm not immune to gaming kleptomania. I got the satisfaction of getting unnecessary items through the standard panel in one click, until they turned it off. My actions were naturally provoked by the release of a new patch and panel update. No one could stop me, because there was nothing difficult to do, I would do it 100%. Understand what you ask for and what you want to get, ok award a large number of flames, but what if every tera club member must be picked manually, would you be willing to do that or compensate everyone, think for both sides. It's not even fair to compensate only a part of the players and not all of them for a bug, regardless if the problem was with paid content like Tera Club.
PS: Thank you for the compensation and in case anyone bothered (strictly for the unhappy crowd of 5 people and perma bans) the compensation is worth more than the boxes 'missed', you will get them anyway as time passes to the last, the reward included everyone and it was fair. You must understand one thing. I complained because we got a "compensation" that was not worth because what we lost was 10 Banyakas Chests we could get. The way GF "compensated it" was a joke for anyone with TERA Club active because that compensation is not applied for us until we actually spent any time left we had first. The way they should have compensated this for us should have been with 10 flames and supply boxes but no, they didnt do it. They instead gave us worth less stuff that most that has "PAID" for TC not need or want.
I will repeat its kinda weird seeing some people here trying soooo hard to white knight GameForge when they are clearly in the wrong and didnt offer anything to solve the issues their incompetence caused, and even more aggraviating for those who spend real money in the game.
PS. I wonder how much GF pay people like you to try to white knight them this hard. It is worth your time at least? Because if you do it for free then you clearly are here to troll other people.
First of all there wasn't even official warning on forum and what is more important in the game. Because far not even half of playerbase checking forum everyday. I doubt GF wasn't aware about bug and they didn't do anything to prevent it. Yes, they disabled it later in the evening when for most of ppl it was too late already. All there was is a warning on forum to not use cross-server lfg what has nothing to TC panel problem. Or maybe there was warning? And I was too blind to see it? Show me then it please.
Now look from this side:
You going into game, first thing you do as TC member is a right clicking on flame and supply box like in every other begging of the day. And here you go. You clicking but you still see that box isn't consumed. What you think? That you didn't or missclicked. What will you do? Of course click on it again and then again. It's a natural move. Then you realizing that actually something is wrong, how many time in row you can missclick that one small window on a panel? Opening inventory and what the hell you see there? Yes! Goddamn not needed boxes are there. As many as you clicked. 2-5-10 is not important. Was it your fault in this case? I don't think so! You are not going even to use them but for you it's too late. And what do you have in the end? Ban for 3 days in the time of double drop for not your fault. Does it feels to be fair?
Also 10 days of TC as a compensation means nothing to me. As I have still half year of it atm. Yes I will get that compensation but in my eyes it will happen only half year later for me

I've received my update. Apparently on August 3rd I clicked the rewards a low unspecified amount of times. Can't say I remember that far back on a seemingly normal day where nothing notable seemed to be happening. I think they should have just taken whatever extra boxes they think I claimed and called it a day. I wouldn't even have noticed because like the Elite boxes from EME I never opened them.
