You can get this item right now only through Treasure Hunt Maps/GG I think and even then you need to combine SIX of the common items to get the actually item which will take probably DAYS of farming to get 1 try with higher success chance lol.
I saw on a topic that NA had them apparently in the Tikat shop? Would be a good change imo to make them available somehow through the Vanguard or even Tikat shop since you can at least still sell them on the broker/trade with other people.

yeah it was on NA tikat shop for like 1 day then one of the maints removed it. Not sure if it's intended to be there or not cause there were a few other items in the tikat store that were also removed.

Do you remember the cost of the item? Also I saw that there are also superior versions of it, would be also nice to add them for a higher price aswell.

yeah 3300-3700 tikat for the 40% blue one in your screenshot and like 1100-1300 tikat for a 10% version. Don't remember the exact number but it's in those ranges I think.
Yo Gameforge - why does Korea have these two items in their Tikat-Shop (and many other stuff) but we won't get shit here?
