I’m officially done with this game. Last night I accidentally transferred my legendary weapon onto my mythical weapon incorrectly, making me lose my enchantment level, I was +8. I contacted support and figured they would be able to reverse the action for me since it was an accident. They gave me a big screw you and said they won’t undo my mistake. I’m officially done with this game. I have stuck with it for almost 8 years and that’s the last straw for me. I have never seen a game go so completely downhill, I’m beyond disappointed. To fellow players still playing, my advice, quit already. You’re wasting your time at this point. Gameforge simply does not give a flying @&$^#% about their community or players. Thanks for the memories TERA.

It's not about being insensitive or some sort of hole to the other members, it's about owning a mistake.
Next time someone accidentally discards an item or dismantles something they should just own up to their mistakes, right? Totally not the same thing. They told me they don’t have the power to undo actions when there’s support options for accidentally dismantling and discarded… they just want people to swipe more for enchant materials.

I remember that we had this kind of service with EME if that mistake happen recently, like in the same week. GameForge obviously doesnt care at all about customers, just see at TERA Club issues.

In case your account gets hacked or other major breach yes, you should receive support and assistance but yet again it's user negligence not the people working at the support team. You failed to take proper care of your belongings so others must do it for you, take better care of your things.
You threatened to leave but I see that you chose to remain an active member, good; now on what you can do to have back what you lost just play the game and in one week you will have another item, a better one, double drop is just around the corner make use of the event, there's no need for bashing/swearing/toxicity, it's plenty enough as it is, don't join the hate bandwagon.

No idea why complaining about such things+8 is millions of gold, there is literally an option in support for accidentally dismantling or discarded items. They help with those but not an accident during enchant which wouldn’t affect the game or market at all to reverse. They didn’t have a warning about losing your enchant status, NOW THEY DO. Just shows you how incompetent gameforge is.

Sorry what? How unlucky need to be to spend millions only for +8 lol? Or you count gold spent for rng boxes or mats from trade broker? In this case no one forced you to buy anything.
Anyway there is a confirmation button before transferring like are you sure sure sure that you wanna transfer stats/enchant lvl/etc from item X to item Y. Clearly understandable I believe for everyone -

Clearly understandable I believe for everyoneIt’s roughly 80-100k per enchant, fail each enchant only three times and you’re already up to 2-2.5 mil. It’s simple math really.
The confirmation is now there, it was not before. It only got added a few days ago. The losing enchant was not there when I transferred my items, maybe if you read and used your brain you’d know that.

Incompetent that I didn’t understand a new system to the game, without a warning that is *now* in the game from multiple complaints like mine? So incompetent sheesh! Bootlicking gameforge isn’t gonna do anything for you.

I dont want make gameforge in embarrassing situation , but in 2017, i have delete by mistake a combat accelerator potion, and GF give me back this item after making a ticket.
So i'm surprised to see GF not doing recovery item anymore.

The embarrassment would be for those picking on the op that complained about not having this kind of service. As I said no wonder why the game is in its current state with those people white knighting Fail Forge in every thread. Probably they are fail-forge staff members in disguise or people getting benefits from Fail Forge to defend them blindly.
