Hello, where we can find the item "Mahtnan jewel Magic of Transference" to transfer enchantment and stats from one gear to the other? In Ktera they sell it in the T-cat shop. In the patch notes they say that we can buy it from the tik-kat shop but I checked and I dont see it there.

because that way if you get a good roll you are forced into paying for the transfer stone instead of just re-rolling with ingame gold

You can only get Tikats from cash shop means. You either buy them or get them from TERA Club daily rewards (another cash shop item).

The Item itself is tradeable so it is kind of "okay" to be included in Tikat, but intrducing this Item to Vanguard Merchant or other Stuff too would be good. Also an Option to choose what you want to transfer would be great (not Enchanting Random and Etching but instead only enchanting etc)

if gold influx from vanguards go down, prices will reflect that so it's not really an issue.

you know what else reflects that?? the number of people leaving the game or not coming back, the game has been in a constant decline for quite a while now, it simply cannot afford to drive away the few players it has left at this point, and to nerf gold income to such a degree 3 days before bless unleashed (and other games in the near future) releases is quite a suicidal thing to do honestly.

I spend literally my whole day searching for how you can take "Fovarth's Refined Enchantment Advancer" ingame and now i learned that they removed it!!!
Bring it back or at least tells us why you removed it threea .
This is very vital item for enchanting .
Please not answers like "when we have info we will let you know"

It also seems like not every character/account has them in the store. For instance, on my main character the item doesn't show in the store yet on one of my alt characters it does. Furthermore, my friend says that on his account, it shows on all characters in the store for him. I believe the constant server restarts seems to change who can see the items.
