P2W Issues

Great theme, thanks a lot for it. The prices for 2.0 dragons for TT, items in boxes and just their presence in the game is complete shit. Personally as a player, i have constant urge to leave the game. Stops only that there is no worthy replacement (in terms of gameplay). I still don't understand one thing - do you care or is this your approach to prices and players? The game turned into masturbation for stats. If earlier you chose the necessary stats for yourself once and didnt think about it, and enjoyed the gameplay more, now you have to spend hours looking for good stats for yourself, using the crappy search engine of the broker.

For example, why does one weapon scroll cost 2000 vanguard, and 100 vanguard is given for 1 flhm?LOL That is you have to make 20 runs to be able to buy the scroll. Cool pricing! One Awakening Token (500 Vanguard) = 5 Flhm. Absolutely no logic and just a disregard for everythingI'm not going to buy something for the vanguard, this is just one of the many examples of indifference

the best thing to do is to stop wasting your money, but i don’t want to play without tera club, so this is the only thing. And what else can you do besides this, tell me another "non-naive" way. Nevertheless, it remains either to leave the game or to play for fun when there is mood and just chill. The game has long turned into a trash heap of blunt donators and scripters. I have never felt in Europe that the game has a community manager who is interested in the player's opinion. On Russian servers, at least sometimes they listened to the opinion of the players and did some good events.

Instead of creating new dungeons, they simply draw new gear with a certain period and pump out money for donation. It's all. They does not care about your opinion, they are not eager to do something cool in order to admire their project themselves, their god is an increase in profits with the least expenditure of energy.

I saw you the first time when the cross server lfg was introduced and I expected something else entirely from you, not that. Although if you did it as a meme, nice!

From the intel I've got so far this is not the case, that LFG did raise some attention. I even heard it got at least one reply, but let's stay on topic, shall we?

Maybe more open world sources for items such as scrolls could be added? I'd keep vanguard so you can still benefit from the extra credits but also provide other options. If anything adjusting the price there too would be nice as mentioned.

Exactly, they wont lift a finger if they dont have more representatives in the other regions. The ones taking action against this kind of issue are those with the "copyrights" in said region. You fail to understand that laws are not the same in all the world, main issue why some American or European bussiness doesnt bother to take action against Asian bussiness. Sue them at international courts wont garantue them anything if the country where these "pirate" servers are located hasnt agreed with their "international laws". This is the main reason why there is a lot of illegal stuff over the internet and big companies like Microsoft keeps losing cases in the tribunals.

Yes you do. If you do not enforce your trademarks (not copyrights, I checked) you risk losing them. That's why Nintendo is so diligent going after anything that's at all Nintendo related.

And just because the server is located somewhere where their trademark laws aren't recognized doesn't mean they won't try. As long as you show you at least made a reasonable effort to defend them, your trademarks will continue to be recognized.

You clearly dont know about this, not even have a clue. If BHS or any publisher has paid the copyrights from the product they comercialize their IP is protected by the lenght of the bussiness life time and at least 50 more years.

You keep making false ideas about legal matters that you dont even have a clue at all.

Edit: About trademarks, they still have at least 3 years to make use of their product to avoid any risk of losing their "mark" but still that is not about the product itselft. They can lose the name of their product but not the IP of their product, so a pirate server making bussines with their IP still wont be able to win a legal course of action if the IP owner stablish again bussiness with their name. But again what can they lose after 3 years? Answer: the name of TERA. - What they wont lose "Their intelectual property, this means all the stuff about the code of the game and stuff added by the years until they stopped doing bussiness with it".

With this in mind I suggest you to think a little about the lenghts of it. If they registered their copyrights internationally and paid for their trademark, if they keep using the name of their mark even if only at Korea they wont lose either. Having both their name and their product protected by all their life time wont make sense to take legal action against a pirate server in another region, unless they going for self publishing there.

Edit 2: Extending this about "international Copyrights" and "international Trademarks"

- There are at least 178 countries bound by international treatments to protect your copyrights with the lenght I said above.

- There are at least 113 countries bound by international treatments to protect your trademark even if you only have it comercialized in only one of them. If you paid for this international register then thats that.

Since that other guy (tobwhateverx) failed to see the point as well, I'll put it bluntly:

- If you pay for TC, you're already part of the community making the game worse.

- If you buy items from broker that were previously obtained in the cash shop, you're already part of the community making the game worse.

- If you pay for items in the cash shop, you're obviously already part of the community making the game worse.

And that's not all.

- If you're actively playing a game from Gameforge, you're already part of the community making the game worse.

Why? Because you're supporting their attitude with your behaviour. It's only natural. Numbers is what matters, nothing more. By actively playing the game, you give them these numbers they need to maintain their attitude. With this, you should be able to tell the only way there is to stop this insanity.
