Server transfer and non-transferable items

    Dear players,


    As you already know, there are several requirements that need to be met for a successful character transfer, but we would like to draw your attention to some items that are non-transferable and could be the reason why you cannot complete the transfer.


    In case you are having issues with your transfer request, please check the list below before contacting our support team, and make sure you don’t have any of them equipped, in your inventory or your pet's inventory:
