I haven't played since the game was still under En Masse and GameForge let me create an account with my email address no issue. but when I try to create a Tera account it is giving me fits. It won't take the email and password I just set under GameForge and so I tried to register. which goes through, but then doesn't allow me to login still?
Hello, since you were an old NA player, please first keep in mind that there was a migration needed in order to transfer your account from EnMasse to Gameforge.
The migration deadline was 18/12/2020. In case you did not migrate your account in time, there is unfortunately no option to do so now, you can only create a new account.
