Can I have my Thalers Please?

    Hi - 1 month into Tera and have had issues with the shop and Thalers twice now.


    On this occasion (yesterday) I made a purchase and as of now haven't received anything.


    And yes I just placed a support ticket . . . . . . .


    Any help (and my Thalers) would be greatly appreciated ;(

    Did you buy TT for real money, or did you buy items for TT?

    if its the first, we cant help you and you gotta discuss that with the support.

    if you bought items from the ingame shop, take a look at the Item-Claim (the icon next to the gear-icon with the logout button)
