I’m currently on the “These Aren’t the Weapons We’re Looking For” quest, and I need to use Talfryn’s Scroll to meet up with Jasper. Problem is, I can’t find this scroll in my inventory. How can I fix this?

Take a look in the Quest Log (L). Maybe there is a Button "Claim Missing Quest Items"

sry, didn´t look at the forum for some time
- take a look at your parcel post, maybe your inventory was full and it was sent there
- try to just run to Jesper (loaction: https://teralore.com/en/npc/002201039/)
maybe the questlog is messed up, compare with the teralore quest-description: https://teralore.com/en/quest/2002/
if nothing works - yeah, ticket to support or just skip the quest
