6 LFG for Trading
If player base activity was healty this list should be bigger. I still remember when it used to have 3 pages instead of only half.
Using LFG for guild recruitment tells you how bad is the Guilds on Server "Search" tool. Even if GF removed more than 60k inactive guilds the issue in this tool remains. I have said it in this forums and I have sent tickets to GF but they dont give a shit about it.
Using LFG mostly for advertising the stuff you want to sell or buy... now this tool is not about finding people to run content with anymore but a secondary auction house.

Honestly, I don't think a change like this is in GF's control. I'm fairly confident they aren't allowed to do code edits, and I'd have to guess that the search function is just screwed beyond belief. It's gotten worse over the patches I think, not even showing me guild names if I type them in fully. They could at least pass it on, but I don't even think Bluehole cares given that they're focusing on ruining a good amount of other things in the process of "trying something new".
Honestly, it feels like Gameforge's power over TERA has weaned since they did the extreme event. I make a joke with my friends that the extreme event was so good, it pissed Bluehole off and they told Gameforge they have to run every change they're thinking of doing through them. Seeing how little Gameforge does, and how often they have to wait for Bluehole to do things for them, makes me think that it's the case more and more every time something happens.
EDIT: A revamp to guild search, guild applications, and guild prospects would be pretty nice considering I don't see many guild masters even look at prospects. Guild application feels like it was straight out of 2012 pretty much.

The fact it takes them years to implement something so simple and extremely necessary in most cases tells us how much they probably can't afford or don't want to spend on developing it more. The code is a freaking mess, even if u want to say the game is old is not an excuse for such a poorly server-client communication.
From the bugs i have seen along the years i can't sometimes not even begin to think how the hell they managed such random non sense bugs.
They have so much content but they don't make use of it and can't even balance patches right. The dungeon system could be way better with much more options that they do have the code to do so but don't for who knows why.
It's not a fact of "stop the doom & gloom" it's more of a fact of loosing all hopes from years and years of complains and suggestions going to the trash. It's revolting, a disrespect for people who care for the game.

While i agree the idea is bad, you cant just assume that's the case
I know a lot of people that are fantastic in their classes and game mechs but lazy to gear up while there is people with bis that are worship as "god" and they are so freaking bad at everything it gives me depression
Fact is, people will mostly look at your gear first in lfg

Funny, that's exactly what helped kill the game. That "we need to go fast" playstyle they made the last few years where you barely have interesting mechs nowadays, just a big ass sponge to hit non stop using macros and cheats bc lets be real, why brother play if people would do way more just by cheating.
Checking moongourd directly as i that was really a good measure in the first place. Like i said, i know a lancer who was carried and had a "good" moongourd history on bahaar but if you throw him in any other party with low damage it would be wipe nonstop bc he didnt know a thing about positioning.
As well the fact that implying moongourd is a must bc you don't want to spend time playing a G-A-M-E in the first place excludes a good majority of player base. Most players in all kind of games are not in fact try harders.

So you agree, it’s a game people play to have fun? Majority of people don’t have fun with one person sandbagging with low dps. Get better at the game, do learning runs, learn your class, and then apply to better parties. People play for fun and don’t owe you runs. Entitled crybaby behavior.

Do you honestly have fun finishing runs faster with no difficult at all? It gets boring really fast. There is not enough players to make "learning" or "training" runs anymore. People don't to waste time on new players or casual players

Yes, I don’t find carrying new players fun especially when they have entitled behavior. I learned the game, I took the time to get gear, you need to do the same. Ask for help? Go ahead. Assume everyone should help you? No. That’s where you’re wrong.
